how to use this stretching tool?
hi, I’ve bought this thing for stretching looks like this (http://www.optomo.com.au/uploaded/thumbnails/stretch-tube-blue_267_143x143.jpg). anyways ya it’s kind of a stupid question but I don’t really know what I’m supposed to do with it… I mean am I supposed to stretch my arms apart as far as I can while holding it or???
i couldn’t see the pic. ?
